With over 15 years of experience in operations and human resources management, Chantal joined the Ad Hoc team in 2022 as Director of Human Resources, Talent and Culture (DRHTC). It was her sensitivity to others and their well-being that led her to a career in HR. Her mission has always been to create a perfect balance between the success of the company and the well-being of its employees and to ensure a healthy work environment where growth and fulfillment are the priority.

As a nature lover, she enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, skating, hiking and gardening. When it comes to travelling, the more exotic the better! Fun fact, she always keeps chocolate on her desk to make sure people come by to say Hello!
