On the occasion of her 20th anniversary of employment at Ad hoc, Cathy Bourget, Managing Partner, gives us this testimony:
After 20 years at Ad hoc, I feel proud and at the same time I can't believe it. I still remember my arrival lunch and the good advice of my sponsor, Cedrick Hached, who made sure to integrate me into all his activities. We are now both partners in the business! I remember the kindness of the whole team every "first time" I went through. I had the chance to learn from seasoned professionals who generously shared their expertise and passion with me.
Each project is an accomplishment and gives me pride. When we work on large-scale projects or on continuous projects (tracking), we adopt them and they remain with us for a long time. Beyond the projects, I feel a lot of pride when my team members are fulfilled and develop. It's a privilege to watch them grow.
What I appreciate most about Ad hoc is first and foremost the people. Ad hoc is like a big family: Christmas parties, lunches and outings with colleagues have allowed me to forge links that are very dear to me. There is also a lot of respect and collaboration and we never stop making progress. In 20 years, I have been able to develop skills as diverse as project management, team management and business management.
But the best part is that I still have as much fun doing what I do in a company whose values are in line with mine.
