Françoise holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Marketing from Laval University and a Master's degree in Marketing from HEC. Fascinated by psychology from a young age and passionate about management, marketing research was a natural extension of her career path. What she particularly enjoys in her work is contributing to her clients' success and witnessing the impact of her data and recommendations on their business decisions.

Perpetually curious and a life coach in her spare time, Françoise is a jack of all trades: she can be found on the ski slopes or on a volleyball court, enjoying a work of art, playing the piano or reading a good novel.
